Pure Paradise Travels, based in San Diego, California, acts solely as a reservation agent for third-party providers of accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services. By making a reservation through Pure Paradise Travels, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant third-party provider.
2. Scope of Services
Pure Paradise Travels facilitates the reservation of accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services offered by third-party providers. We do not own, operate, or control any of these services and are not responsible for their performance.
3. Responsibility and Liability
Pure Paradise Travels is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of any third-party provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by third-party providers, and we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of these services.
4. Terms and Conditions of Third-Party Providers
When you make a reservation through Pure Paradise Travels, you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider, which will be provided to you at the time of reservation. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms and conditions before completing your reservation.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the third-party provider. Pure Paradise Travels will assist in facilitating these changes or cancellations but is not responsible for any fees or penalties incurred as a result.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for reservations made through Pure Paradise Travels are subject to the payment terms of the third-party provider. We accept no responsibility for any issues arising from payment transactions between you and the third-party provider.
7. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, for your trip. Pure Paradise Travels is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans. Pure Paradise Travels is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Paradise Travels and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or the services of any third-party provider.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego, California.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pure Paradise Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Tours:
Prices do not include:
● Personal tips to guides, drivers, etc.
● Extra expenses of any kind which are not properly specified in the itinerary.
● All types of activities or services not mentioned or optional.
● Pick up outside of Tulum
PICK-UPS
● The guide/driver will be waiting for a maximum of 10 minutes. After this time, it is considered No Show.
● In the case of a NO SHOW, the Cancellation Policy applies.
RESERVATIONS POLICY
Pure Paradise Travel reserves the right to accept or decline any reservation request coming from any person or travel agency or any tour or tour program or to cancel or change a tour or tour program if circumstances demand it. The request for any type of service to our company will be understood as the consent of these conditions. Our company specializes in providing services for people who choose Mexico as a destination for their holiday travel and leisure. Similarly, we are legally authorized to exercise trade as a tour and travel agency.
For each reservation, you should provide the AGENCY the following information:
• Preferred date of the tour (please refer to the day of operation for each tour)
• Name of the Tour
• Number of people (adults/children under 8)
• Name of the customer
• Customer contact details (phone number and or email)
• Name and address of the hotel/villa the customer will be staying in
• Preferred Language
• Total amount paid by the customer
• Mention if there are any special needs or allergies
• Heights of the participants for bike tours
No reservation will be accepted without a deposit to Pure Paradise Travel or the tour provider.
Reservation services are subject to availability when processing your request and cannot be guaranteed until we have received the deposit payment. Please verify the tour requested is available on the preferred day, as we have specific days for specific tours. For private tours or groups above 4 people any day can be requested. Based on the above information, Pure Paradise Travel will confirm availability and the exact time of pick-up. Bookings are subject to change, and communicating the customer ́s direct contact information allows smooth and timely communication in the event of a change.
SAFETY STANDARDS FOR EXCURSIONS AND TRIPS
Our tour providers have insurance to operate touristic services. All of their vehicles have tourism plates and insurance. Our tour providers' insurance protects all our customers from any accident or mishap that may occur during the tour. In addition, customers must purchase adequate travel insurance for their trip before leaving their country. Pure Paradise Travel will not be responsible for illnesses or unfortunate events that prevent the client from participating in the activities. Pure Paradise Travel will reimburse cancellations due to unforeseen events within a 24-hour notice before the tour. Otherwise the cancellation policy applies, details below. Customers with existing medical conditions participate in the activities at their own risk. It is important that the customers commit to acting as responsible tourists and always follow the instructions of the guide.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

The customer is entitled to cancel his/her tour free of charge with more than 24 hours’ notice.

If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the tour, Pure Paradise Travel will charge the deposit paid to book the tour.

If the customer cancels on the day of the tour, the customer will have to pay 100% of the tour.

The cancellation policy should be communicated to the customer at the moment of reservation.
